Short version: we collect your name, phone number and what you tell us, only to hold your booking and keep you safe on the table. We do not sell it, and we do not run marketing lists.
Fire Dragon Cupping is a brand of Angel Health Management Pty Ltd (ABN 15 663 878 760), 5A Boardman St, Dundas Valley NSW 2117. We are a health service provider, so the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us regardless of business size.
When you book: your name, your phone number, the treatment and time you choose, and anything you write in the notes field. We do not take card details on this website, and there are no accounts or passwords here.
Health information is sensitive information under the Privacy Act. We only collect it if you choose to write it in the notes field or tell us by phone, and we use it only to keep the session safe and appropriate for you — for example pregnancy, recent surgery, blood-thinning medication or a skin condition. Giving it is your choice; the notes field is optional.
To hold the time you booked, to contact you about it if something changes, to run a one-room practice where no two clients overlap, and to keep a record of the services provided to you.
Booking records sit in a database on a server we operate ourselves in New South Wales, reached over an encrypted connection. Access is limited to the practitioner treating you and, where needed, our IT support. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
We do not store your information overseas. Our website is delivered through a global content delivery network, so page requests may pass through servers outside Australia in transit; your booking record is not held by that provider.
Booking records are kept for seven years, in line with usual health-record practice, then deleted. If you ask us to delete a note earlier, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores one thing only: whether you prefer the English or Chinese version of the page. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a booking note. Call 0425 666 183 or email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Tell us first and we will try to fix it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner — oaic.gov.au, 1300 363 992.
